Follow Up Ministries International began under founder and president Glenn L. Morrison in 1956.

Glenn would minister in Old Folsom and San Quentin when they were level 4 prisons that held some of the most dangerous gang leaders in the state. He would walk the tiers, and meet with men face to face.

Later, he developed weekend seminars where he met with groups of men, usually doing four sessions over two days.

Our Board of Directors sets a budget at the start of each year, estimating income and expenses on the basis of the prior year's results. This includes paying a small part-time staff, meeting normal expenses for travel and communication, and keeping up the central office in Castro Valley, California.

Volunteer leaders in our various regions raise funds to pay for their own living and travel expenses. While most of the work of ministry is done by volunteers, a core of professional staff is essential for oversight and development.

We are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-free corporation under paragraph (501)(c)(3). Our IRS identification number is 94-1381596.
