My name is Alvin Jackson. I was born in Bernice, LA and moved to San Francisco where I resided until 1989 when my family and I moved to Solano County. Since 2004, I have served as Chaplain with the Solano County Sheriff’s Department where I oversee a contingent of volunteers who provide Spiritual support to the inmates in the three county facilities.

I previously served as a community Chaplain for the city of Suisun and have been an Elder at Community Bible Church in Vallejo since 2012.

I have served faithfully in Juvenile and Prison ministry for nearly forty years and am currently Vice President of Follow Up Ministries International(FUMI). I, along with my wife, have three grown children, seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
